These are my ten favorite films from 2003. This list could change as I catch up on films I wanted to see from 2003 but missed. Then again, perhaps not.
In general, films eligible for this list are (a) films less than three years old that were released in New York or Los Angeles during this year
or (b) new films that I do not believe will get a theatrical release in the United States in the next three years.
